मुंबई : बांधकाम क्षेत्रातील कंपनी लोढा डेव्हलपर्स आपला आयपीओ लवकरच शेअर बाजारात दाखल करणार आहे. या आयपीओतून कंपनी 2 हजार 500 कोटी रुपये उभारणार असल्याचे समजते. सध्या या कंपनीचे नाव मॅक्रोटेक डेव्हलपर्स असे आहे. मॅक्रोटेक आयपीओत 10 टक्के इतका वाटा विकणार आहे. सेबीकडे यासंदर्भात परवानगी मागितली असून रहिवासी बांधकाम क्षेत्रातील हा सर्वात मोठा आयपीओ मानला जात आहे. पुढील काही महिन्यात आयपीओ आणला जाणार असल्याचे संकेत आहेत. याआधी कंपनीने दोनदा लिस्टींगसाठी प्रयत्न केले होते.
